  I used to love coming here. With eceptional customer service, great food, and staff that would go above and beyond to make sure everything you needed was perfect. Sadly, it is not the same small town bakery that it used to be. The product quantity has gone down hill, examples being adding coconut to rum balls to the point that they don't even taste like rum balls anymore & giving out frozen (NOT FRESH ready to eat) cakes. Cakes that don't even look the same as the display cakes! But that's not where it stops, the customer service has gone down hill too. The past two times I have been there, I have had extremely bad customer service from the same young female staff member. I hope things change at the winfeild bakery so it can be an enjoyable place again.

  Good bakery. Flax bread and sunflower bread very good. Cinnamon bread good also. Tried the keylime pie and that was good too for the price. Did not like the meat pies ( tried both chicken and beef), considering I saw no meat in either they were way over priced. Would not get again. Service was fine.

  They changed the recipe for the the Winnipeg rye now it is full of holes and falls apart when toasted, it makes crappy sandwiches and I will never buy it again until they fix the recipe. I complained at the counter and they said they had lots of complaints about the bread. You have to fix it........
