  Spion Kop is quaintly located in lake country on crown land. Crown land means it's for all to enjoy. There are however some individuals whom think their needs come before others and made some of the trails harder to pass or even impassable on a motorcycle. NOT COOL!!!! I am assuming those individuals are hikers trying to keep motorcycles out. A very self righteous act. Now from a perspective of a motorcycle. I don't like riding at Spion Kop because it makes it dangerous for hikers and bikers alike. Too many hikers there, which is a good thing, but if you ride, be careful. You never know what's around the corner. Then again that is us respecting this place to be enjoyed by everyone. Don't judge us motorcycle guys with some of the bad apples that rip up and down your street in their 2 strokes where your kids play. I get that.
